If you are filming your own match to submit to us for analysis, here are some tips to make sure that you get the best quality possible:

Use an action camera, with Field of View set to Medium (most cameras), so that you get a clear picture of far side of court.
Use a fence mount to attach camera to top of fence, middle of court
If possible, film with sun behind camera (best lighting)
Purchase a match package and then upload here
Include the following match details:

The 2 dominant learning processes are VISUAL and KINESTHETIC (feel).
Video bridges visual and kinesthetic learning.
Video is objective. Players don't always do what they think they are doing.
Tagged match video creates a real, performance-based benchmark
- Players can compare performance from one match to next to gauge improvement
Most coaches do not watch matches; video helps
- Tagged match video allows coaches to sort and filter key events, saving time

Tagging is the act of time-stamping video with keywords.
Multiple keywords assigned to each event allow you to easily dissect a match in minutes.
Identifying tendencies - similar situations in a match - is key to understanding true strengths and weaknesses.
Match stats aggregated over multiple matches is possible
The practice or lesson court can be planned accordingly
